Delivery:
To deliver your favorite products, we have become partners with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
Return Policy:
We have a return policy that does not offer refunds for purchases. However, we do offer exchanges for products that meet certain criteria (item must be in the original package free from any damage). If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to process an exchange for a different item. Our team will guide you you through the exchange process, which may involve returning the original item and selecting a new one from available inventory. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note Paper Bae Stationery is not responsible for return postage.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received. We take pride in customer service and will make it right.
Customized Items:
Any items that are handwritten or custom embellishments cannot be returned or exchanged.
